Delivery
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are based on the size and weight of your order and are calculated at the checkout.
What countries do you ship to?
Yes, we currently ship to the worldwide.
Oh no! I’ve sent my order to the wrong address! Can you send a new one?
It is your responsibility to inform us of your postal address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after purchase please email us straight away so I can update the shipping label if possible.
Will I receive tracking once my order is shipped?
Yes all orders will receive a tracking number and this will be emailed to you once posted. You can also get this by creating an account and viewing your order history on our website.
My item has arrived damaged, what should I do?
We don't issue refunds, but if an item has arrived damaged we will send a replacement. We will need to be notified no more than 7 days after delivery of the item and will require clear photographs of both the damaged item and packaging. Without this we cannot guarantee that we can issue a free replacement.
Returns
I changed my mind, can I return my items?
As all of our items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final, however if you have an issue with your order please email me at hello@concreates.co.uk and we will try to resolve the issue.
